Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently deliver to international destinations.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, or busy periods such as sale events and the run-up to Christmas.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your basket. The total will be shown before you complete your order.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will amend it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we will open an investigation with the courier. Claims for lost parcels cannot be made until this period has passed.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents.
